Requirements for translation of supporting documents for ICA (Immigration and Checkpoint Authority of Singapore) applications.
On the ICA web pages and their “ STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO USE THE
ELECTRONIC PERMANENT RESIDENCE SYSTEM”, ICA specifies that All Documents not in English must be translated.
ICA also specifies that they accept:
(1) Translations provided by the embassy of the country that issued the document; OR
(2) Translations produced by a notary public in Singapore or the country that issued the document; OR
(3) Privately created translations attested by the embassy of the country that issued the document, or notarised by a notary public in Singapore or the country that issued the document.

Some embassies, including People's Republic of China Embassy, Malaysia Embassy and the Taiwan Embassy, do not provide translations.

How long will it take to complete Notarised Translation?
This usually takes 2 to 3 working days after payment to complete including Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) legalization/ authentication. We may expedite if you want it sooner. Give us your dateline and we will check the possibilities.
